Technical Director Paul van de Loo was a guest speaker at an the South Australian Government Manufacturing Works Strategy launch. The function held on Thursday 25 October by AusIndustry was aimed at launching the Innovative Voucher Program designed to support Manufacturers who innovate. The voucher scheme helps connect firms with Registered Research Service Providers who are able to assist with research and development.
Mr van de Loo presented a short 10 minute presentation on the types of services Registered Research Providers like Applidyne can provide and the potential outcomes. The presentation focused on the success of one specific project the ‘MineLab F3 Compact Metal Detector’ a recent recipient of two Australian International Design Awards.
